One process, applied to every engagement.
Whether you need a single /24 or a full stack of addresses, ASN and servers, every engagement moves through the same six stages.
- 01
Request
You tell us which resources you need — address space, an ASN, servers or a combination — together with your intended use, the networks you'll announce from and your timeline. A short email is enough to start.
- 02
Assessment
We review your use case against registry policy and our acceptable use requirements, confirm availability, and identify any records you'll need: organisation objects, maintainers, route objects and ROAs. For hosting, we confirm hardware, location and connectivity.
- 03
Agreement
We set out the resources, term, pricing and responsibilities in a written service agreement. Nothing is assigned or provisioned until this agreement is in place.
- 04
Provisioning
Resources are assigned to you and the supporting records are created: registry entries, IRR route objects, RPKI ROAs for your ASN, reverse DNS and geolocation data. Servers and colocation are prepared to the agreed specification.
- 05
Go-live
Your prefixes are announced — from your network, ours or both — and we verify visibility, RPKI validity and reachability with you. Hosting services are handed over with access details.
- 06
Support
Throughout the term we keep records accurate as your setup changes, monitor reputation, handle abuse reports and provide engineering support. At the end of a term, resources are returned and records cleaned up in an orderly way.
Flexible ways to work with us
The right commercial model depends on how long you need the resources and how fast your network is growing.
Monthly
Rolling monthly terms for address space and servers — suited to new projects and changing requirements.
Fixed term
Resources reserved for an agreed period at a fixed price — suited to established networks planning ahead.
Custom & volume
Larger allocations, multi-site hosting or combined packages structured around your roadmap.
All terms, resources and pricing are confirmed in a written service agreement before anything is assigned.
